Description
MAX 308 comprise a family of extreme pressure gear lubricants designed to operate over a very wide range of temperatures and conditions. These fluids possess excellent high temperature oxidation stability and superior low temperature fluidity. MAX 308 have the ability to rapidly separate from water and prevent the formation of anti-lubricating emulsions. The incorporation of special additives in MAX 308 protects equipment from rust, corrosion and foam. In addition, extreme pressure additives provide optimum protection against shock loading and offer high load carrying capabilities.
MAX 308 find applications in virtually all types of industrial settings. Some typical applications includes gear sets and oil circulating systems in steel mill, foundries, glass and bottle manufacturing plants, injection molding machines, paper mills, electrical wheel motors used in surface mining and quarries, shearing arms in underground coal mining, cement kilns, petroleum and chemical processing plants.

روغن دنده ويژه حاوي مولي. ضداكسيداسيون بودن آن باعث تضمين تعويض طولاني مدت روغن و عمر طولاني دستگاه خواهد شد. افزودني مولي جهت به حداقل رساندن تماس دنده ها و كاهش سايش مي شود. شاخص گرانروي بالا جهت كاركرد بهتر در دماهاي بالا و پايين است.

 MAX 127 is an anti-seize compound which contains full synthetic base grease and a hydrophobic thixotrope which gives it outstanding water and moisture resistance. It contains a high concentration of pure copper flakes aided by special carrier and rust and oxidation inhibitors. This combination will protect, lubricate, and fight corrosion while enhancing conductivity.

MAX 300 is a sulfur-phosphorus type gear lubricant exceeding the requirements of API Service Classification GL-5, manufactured from premium quality high VI, paraffin base oil fortified with a tackiness agent, rust and corrosion inhibitor, extreme pressure anti-wear additive, pour point depressant and foam inhibitors.

 

MAX 505 is developed as a water displacement fluid where rapid removal of water is desirable, especially after being machined by a water-soluble fluid. It yields a very thin protection coating that offers temporary protection against rust for up to 3-4 weeks indoor.
 
Depending on the size or type of work piece to be treated, MAX 505 can be applied by brushing or dipping. The thin oily film does not hamper with subsequent machining operations. MAX 505 is best recommended for work piece in transit between machining operations using soluble cutting fluids. It contains metal passivator and is particularly protective when treating non-ferrous materials like copper and brass.
